Lead finding and outreach for people who sell to local businesses
Find the businesses. Write in your own voice. You approve every message.
AyePin finds local businesses on Google Maps and in open business data, reads what they publish about themselves, and drafts the first message in your style. Nothing is sent until you approve it in the Outbox.
Every business you work for gets its own separate workspace.
What happens to one message
- 01DraftIt is drafted from the business's real details, in your voice.
- 02You approveIt waits in the Outbox. You edit it, approve it or reject it.
- 03SendOnce approved, it goes out one at a time, inside the quiet hours of the recipient's country.
- 04Opt-outEvery email carries an unsubscribe link and your postal address.
- 05ReplyA reply is read and sorted. A request to stop is permanent.
01 / What it does
Why teams use it
Finds businesses
Searches Google Maps by business type and area, and can use Overture Maps open data. It never invents a business: if a search fails, it says so.
Writes in your voice
Drafts use your brief, your knowledge base and examples of how you write. Facts come from the business's own listing and website; numbers and promises that are not in your sources are left out.
You decide what goes out
Every draft waits in the Outbox. You edit, approve or reject it. Approved messages are sent one at a time at a pace you set.
02 / A draft
What a draft looks like
Written from the business's own listing and website and from your brief. It waits for you. It is not sent.

- A booking page for Harbor Plumbing?
Hi Dana,
I was looking at plumbers in Springfield and found Harbor Plumbing. Your reviews praise how fast you turn up, but the website has no way to book a visit; people have to phone during working hours.
I build simple booking pages for trades businesses. I could put together a small one for Harbor Plumbing so people can request a visit at any hour. Would you like to see it?
Best regards, [your name]
03 / How it works
From your offer to a reply, in five steps
- 1
Describe what you sell
Add your website, notes or documents. AyePin turns them into a brief you can edit.
What you get
A brief in your own words, with a list of what the sources do not say.
- 2
Find suitable businesses
Choose a business type and an area. Leads are ranked by their listing and by fit with your offer; repeats and closed businesses are marked.
What you get
A ranked list of businesses, each with its phone, its website and where the data came from.
- 3
Draft each message
One draft per business, in your style, with a subject line for email.
What you get
One draft per business, written from its own details, in your voice.
- 4
Review and approve
Edit, approve or reject in the Outbox. Approved messages go out through WhatsApp, email, Gmail or Telegram.
What you get
Messages that go out one at a time, at your pace, in the recipient's daytime.
- 5
Follow the replies
Replies are read and sorted, the lead moves along your pipeline, and you are told when someone answers. A request to stop is respected at once.
What you get
Replies read and sorted, stop requests honoured, bounced addresses never written to again.
04 / How it differs
Not another bulk sender, and more than a spreadsheet
Bulk messaging tools
Send the same text to a list. AyePin writes one draft per business, and you approve each.
Map scrapers
Hand you a spreadsheet and stop. AyePin also ranks, checks, drafts and tracks the answers.
Writing by hand
Slow, and the tenth message is worse than the first. AyePin does the first draft; you do the judging.
AyePin
Finds the businesses, writes each message from their real details, and waits for your approval.
05 / Limits and safety
Limits and safety, stated plainly
A tool like this can damage your reputation if it is used carelessly. This is what AyePin does about that, and what it cannot do.
Approval
Nothing is sent without your approval, from any screen or integration. Approved messages can still be cancelled until they go out.
Pace
Hourly and daily caps, quiet hours in the recipient's own time zone, days of the week, a warm-up for a new mailbox and a ceiling per company domain, set for everything, per country or per campaign.
Opting out
Every email carries your postal address and an unsubscribe link. A request to stop is permanent, and it is checked again at the moment of sending.
Bounced mail
Bounce notices are read from your mailbox. An address that does not exist is never written to again, and sending pauses by itself if too much comes back.
WhatsApp is linked the way WhatsApp Web is, not through the official business service, so WhatsApp may restrict a number that sends too much or to people who did not ask. Use a dedicated number and keep the volume low.
The law
Rules on unsolicited messages differ by country (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR and ePrivacy). AyePin gives you the mechanics; whether you may contact a given business is for you to check.
Data you can trust, up to a point
Leads come from public listings and websites, so some details are missing or out of date. Each lead records where its data came from, and free checks flag a dead website or an email domain that takes no mail.
An AI provider connects to your workspace
Drafting needs an OpenAI-compatible AI provider connected to your workspace. Without one the AI parts do not run, and AyePin does not substitute canned text.
06 / FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Does it send anything by itself?
No. Drafts, replies and follow-ups all wait for your approval in the Outbox. The same holds for the API and the MCP server: they may draft, never send.
Where do the businesses come from?
From Google Maps searches and from Overture Maps open data. AyePin reads what a business publishes about itself and never guesses an email address.
Which channels can it send through?
WhatsApp (linked like WhatsApp Web), email through your own SMTP mailbox, Gmail through your own Google authorisation, and Telegram from your own account.
Which countries and languages?
Each campaign can target its own country, and quiet hours follow the recipient's time zone. Messages are written in English or Indonesian; the dashboard also comes in Chinese.
Do I need an AI provider?
Yes, for the AI writing and fit judgement: any OpenAI-compatible provider, or a local model, connected to your workspace. Searching, enrichment, sending rules and the Outbox work without it.
Is my data kept apart from other customers'?
Yes. Each business is a separate workspace with its own leads, drafts, accounts and AI settings, and nothing passes from one workspace to another. Mailbox passwords and API keys are encrypted when stored.
See it with your own leads
Write your brief, run a search and review the first drafts. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
