Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of AyePin (“we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

1. The service

AyePin finds local businesses from public map and open-data sources, ranks them, drafts a first message for each in your own style, and sends the messages you approve through the channels you connect (email, Gmail, WhatsApp, Telegram). It never sends a message you have not approved.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details safe, and are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for a business.

3. You decide and you are responsible

You approve every message, so you are the sender of it. You are responsible for its content and for having a lawful basis to send it. You must follow the laws that apply to where you and the recipients are, including anti-spam and privacy laws (for example CAN-SPAM in the United States, PECR and GDPR in the United Kingdom and the European Union, CASL in Canada), and the terms of the channel you use (Google and Gmail, WhatsApp, Telegram, your mail provider).

Include accurate sender details and your postal address, honour every unsubscribe and STOP request at once, and do not contact anyone who asked not to be contacted. The service keeps a do-not-contact list to help; it does not replace your own duty.

4. What you may not do

  • Send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or misleading messages, or pretend to be someone else.
  • Send to people who have asked you to stop, or to lists you have no right to use.
  • Try to bypass the sending limits, the approval step or the do-not-contact list.
  • Use the service to harm, overload or probe it or other systems, or to resell it without our written permission.
  • Upload content you have no right to use.

5. Third-party sources and channels

Business information comes from public sources and is provided as it is found: it can be out of date or wrong, so check it before relying on it. Channels belong to their providers. Sending a lot of unsolicited messages can get a mailbox, a WhatsApp number or a Telegram account limited or suspended; that risk is yours, and the limits in the service are there to help you keep it low, not to guarantee it.

6. Gmail

If you connect Gmail, the service asks Google for the permission to send email as you and nothing more. It sends only messages you approved. See the Privacy Policy for how the connection is stored and removed.

7. Your content and our service

You keep your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. The service, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and will give notice of a change that matters.

9. Ending

You may stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

10. Disclaimer and limits

The service is provided “as is”, without promises about results, replies, sales or deliverability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Using the service after a change means you accept it.

12. Contact
